Fair-use Policies

 Please consider the following Fair-use Polices when purchasing and performing music from David Fandrich Music Publishing:

• Our store works on the honor system: please purchase sufficient copies to supply every singer, instrumentalist, accompanist, and conductor.

• Permission is granted to use the music of David Fandrich Music Publishing for livestream worship and virtual choir projects for those who have purchased a sufficient number of copies.

• Permission is further granted to church musicians, pastors, and music directors for the sharing of our Downloadable Product files with choirs, singers, and/or instrumentalists who must rehearse and prepare remotely for virtual choir projects; as always, we ask you to purchase a sufficient number of copies.
